Some of the questions we hope to clarify during this workshop:

• The conditions/requirements to make use of DataCite, and especially the different policies in EU countries
• Integration with metadata catalogues
• Impact statistics and the relation to e.g. the Thompson Reuters Data Citation Index
• The long-term perspective and business model of DOI/DataCite
• Technical aspects, e.g. content negociation and potential support for fragment identifiers
