Giulia Pedonese is a research technologist at CNR Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale “Antonio Zampolli” and is working on designing FAIR training materials to promote CLARIN linguistic resources within the Humanities and Cultural Heritage Italian Open Science Cloud (H2IOSC) project. She has consolidated her expertise in applying instructional design to learning materials by translating and adapting CLARIN courses to the needs of the Italian national consortium. She is currently planning and managing CLARIN-IT training events for universities and project teams. She is an active member of the Italian Community of Data Stewards, sharing standards and best practices to manage training materials as FAIR digital objects. After her PhD in Italian Studies at the University of Pisa, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, where she contributed to the ERC project Lila-Linking Latin, and she was also involved in the lexicographic project Vocabolario Dantesco Latino developed with the Crusca Academy. 

Her research interests lie in digital Lexicography, applied Linguistic Linked Open Data and Dante studies.
